Why do I get a separate cart for each shop?

Each brand on Stockpile is its own independent shop with its own pricing, stock, and fulfillment. Buying from two shops means two separate orders — each ships and invoices on its own.

Who actually delivers my order?

The shop you buy from is who you're buying from — but delivery is handled by a Stockpile-vetted supplier, assigned once your payment clears. You'll get tracking either way.

What payment methods are supported?

Paystack, covering EFT, Instant EFT, and card payments. More South African gateways are on the roadmap.

How does bulk pricing work?

Many products have tiered pricing — the more you buy, the lower the unit price. Tiers are shown on each product page.

How do I sell on Stockpile?

Register a business account, then use "List Your Brand" to submit your shop for approval.
